What does a planner do?
They shortlist venues and vendors that fit your dates and budget, set up visits and calls, negotiate packages, and keep both families updated as decisions are made.
How much does the concierge cost?
Shaadiwaale Concierge is a bespoke service, and our fees start at ₹20 lakh. Every wedding is different, so after the first call your planner quotes for the functions, guests and cities you would like help with.
Do we have to book everything through you?
No. Your planner can take on the whole wedding or only the parts you hand over, and you remain free to book anyone you like.
Can our parents speak to the planner too?
Yes. Add them to the WhatsApp chat or ask the planner to call them. Many families plan this way.
Which cities do you cover?
Every city on Shaadiwaale: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Kochi, Jodhpur and Indore.
