One wedding, many functions
An Indian wedding is a haldi in the morning, a mehendi that runs into the night, a sangeet the cousins have rehearsed for weeks, the pheras, and a reception for everyone who could not make the rest. Two families, often in different cities, plan it together.
Most of that planning still happens on phone calls, in WhatsApp groups and in notebooks. Venues quote per plate, decorators per function and photographers per day, and too often the answer to “how much?” is “call for price”.
Shaadiwaale puts it in one place: the prices up front, every function on one plan, and the whole family looking at the same list.

Behind every Indian wedding are people who make the day feel effortless. For more than fifteen years, Krishni Poojary and Sunita Sharma have been among them.
They know the beauty of a wedding intimately: the first notes of the shehnai, two families becoming one, a courtyard turned gold with marigolds. They know, just as well, the work no guest ever sees: the calls and the lists, the late nights, the hundred small decisions that stand between a family and its celebration.
Shaadiwaale is their answer: one considered place for every part of planning and managing a wedding, every function and every detail. At its heart is a community they are building with care, of venues and vendors you can rely on and families who help one another along the way.

Four things that will not change

Prices first
Venues show their per-plate prices where our team has them, and vendors with a full listing show where their pricing starts. Where a price is on request, our team asks for you, free.

Honest listings
Venues and vendors that have not joined yet show the facts our team gathered, with “On request” where we do not have them, and never ratings or reviews from other sites.

Your plan is yours
The planning tools work without an account. Until you log in, your plan stays in your browser, and after that only you can see it.

No money in the middle
Guests promise gifts and amounts on your registry and give them at the wedding. We never ask anyone for card or bank details.
Just getting started
Shaadiwaale is new. The venues and vendors listed so far come from our team’s research in fourteen cities, and full listings arrive as businesses join. The planning tools, the registry and Inspiration boards already work. If something is missing or wrong, we would love to hear it.
