Shagun registry

A wedding registry of gifts they will use

Make one list of gifts, group gifts and funds, and share the link. Guests say what they will give and bring it to the wedding. Nothing is paid online.

What you can add

Three kinds of gift

How it works

Four steps, one link

  1. 1

    Start your plan

Your names and dates, in a minute. The registry lives in your planning tools.

  2. 2

    Add what you would like

Gifts, group gifts and funds. It stays hidden while you add things.

  3. 3

    Open it and share

One link for the family WhatsApp groups. Guests do not need an account.

  4. 4

    See who promised what

Only you see guests' names and notes, so thanking everyone is easy.

No money moves through Shaadiwaale

Guests promise a gift or an amount here, and give it in person at the wedding. There are no fees, and nobody is asked for bank or card details.

Questions about the registry

Do guests pay on Shaadiwaale?
No. Nothing is paid online. Guests bring the gift, or give the amount at the wedding with their shagun. We never ask for bank or card details.
Do guests need an account?
No. They open your link, add their name and tap a button. Only you need to log in, to make and change the registry.
Can guests see who gave what?
No. Guests only see whether a gift is taken. For group gifts and funds you choose whether guests see the total promised so far; names and notes are only ever shown to you.
What if two people want to buy the same gift?
Once one guest says they will get a gift, it shows as taken and nobody else can pick it. If you want more than one of something, like two bedside lamps, set how many.
Who can open our registry?
People with your link, once you open it to guests. Guests who lose the link can find it by typing your names on Find your registry. It is never listed publicly or on Google, and you can hide it again at any time.
